I installed both "oem-config-slideshow-ubuntu" and "ubiquity-slideshow-
ubuntu" before running oem-config and the slideshow worked fine again.

Status in “livecd-rootfs” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When using the pre-installed image for OMAP 4 I noticed that the
  ubiquity-slideshow was not available during the installer, showing
  only the progress bar and the description of what it was doing.

  To have a similar installer experience as the desktop images for x86,
  would be nice to have it enabled again.
