I already fixed this with a live cd..
While upgrading grub, there was an error that grub couldn't be installed
to /dev/dm-5. That is the partition Ubuntu is installed on.
How to prevent this in the future?
I'm using fakeraid 10.

Bug description:
Just did my daily 12.04 updates and ended up with an unbootable
