Title:
quit dialog should be modal or block the button 'continue'

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Precise Desktop 20120320

A dialog is displayed when the user wants to quit ubiquity ('Quit' or
Close window) but the button 'Continue' is still active and the user
can continue to steps where the application is not supposed to be
  closed.

Only the buttons are enabled and the user cannot enter any text in the
  input fields.

The screenshot shows the step 'user setup' and the quit dialog which
  was open at step 'Prepare'
