[Bug 959011] [NEW] Ubuntustudio Live image requires pae kernel which is only available on i386

Since the changes made here: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/96917680
/livecd-rootfs_2.58_2.59.diff.gz, as the pae kernel is required, the 64
bit live fs can't complete.  This should use lowlatency-pae on 32 bit
and lowlatency on 64 bit.
