Bug description:
  Lubuntu slideshow for 12.04 need an update, and require a UIFe.

  Detail of the changes :
  - Replacing Synaptic by Lubuntu-Software-Center (string and screenshot change)
  - Change a link to the mailing list
  - Update of the theme to match the new artwork (still TODO)
