I don't see how the new copy is addressing this issue. Isn't jus saying
"It’s easy to use and it’s backed by a non-profit foundation that loves
the web." more?
Personally I am not sure this makes it sound more awesome.

Title:
Web browser slide is incredibly mundane
Status in “ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
browse.html in the Ubuntu slideshow has this content:
Browse the web
Ubuntu includes Mozilla Firefox for fast, safe web browsing. You can also choose alternative browsers from Ubuntu Software Center.
That is incredibly mundane and basically sounds like we aren't very
happy to be shipping Firefox, which is certainly not true. (Firefox is
awesome!)
So: we need a really nice, energising message here :)
