In my case I used to saw also Spanish tweets (e.g. NovatillaSku,
Ubuntuzando and others), so maybe this resolution was not necessary.

Bug description:
  The Twitter stream is only showing English-language tweets. So, it
  should only be visible during English installs until a multi-language
  feed is available.
