Bug description:
  Precise Ubuntu Desktop 20120315

  TEST CASE:
  1. Boot from a USB Stick with persistence
  2. In Ubiquity greeter select 'French' in the language list
  3. Press 'Try Ubuntu'

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Verify that the calendar is localized in French
  Open a terminal or gedit and verify the kb layout is set to French ('a' and 'q' are switched in us and fr keymaps)

  ACTUAL RESULT
  Calendar is localized but kb layout is US
