I'm no longer seeing this error, I think we can consider it fixed.

Bug description:
Update-manager is failing to upgrade me right now, with the following
error message.
Package dependencies cannot be resolved
This error could be caused by required additional software packages
which are missing or not installable. Furthermore there could be a
conflict between software packages which are not allowed to be
installed at the same time.

I have some packages held back on my system, but nothing that should

Also, the error messages clearly don't make any sense.
