Title:
  Incorrect Upstart implementation

Status in “anacron” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: anacron

  Since about one week, whenever this particular host does its daily
  cron run, it sends me the following e-mail:

  8X-----
  Subject: Cron <root at geode> start -q anacron || :

  start: Job is already running: anacron
  8X-----

  Needless to say, such an e-mail is useless to the user. It however
  seems to suggest that anacron's upstart implementation and/or cron job
  is incorrectly implemented, which needs fixing.
