Syslog has the segmentation fault on configuring man-db, is there
anything more from the bug reporter that we need?

Bug description:
  I was reinstalling Ubuntu 11.10 on my new computer because the first
  install I did wasn't a successful install. The installer crashed late
  in the install. It only had about approximately 2 minutes left to
  download the rest of the packages and then it suddenly crashed.
