Title:
restart-multiple-users policy prevents restart, even though no other
  users are logged in

Status in Light Display Manager:
  Invalid
Status in “consolekit” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I just upgraded from xubuntu natty to oneiric and switched from gdm to
  lightdm.

Now, when I try to restart my system, I am prompted for my password by
a dialog box with this message:

System policy prevents restarting the system when other users are
  logged in

Under the Details widget, I see this:

    org.freedesktop.consolekit.system.restart-multiple-users

I guess this would all be fine if other users actually were logged in
to the system, but there are none. My login (through lightdm) is the
  only one.
