Title:
No acpi functions, only after suspend/hibernate

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Fan doesn't start working when I turn on mi laptop only after circa 75
C in THZN. If it is rebooted after being on, the fan will turn on at
boot at max speed and never slow down. But if I put my lap in standby
mode (pm-suspend) and wake it up again the fan works properly
according to temperature. Other things have the same behavior, the FN
keys for brightness for example will work only after waking up my
laptop. I don't know if this bug is acpi related or linux related.
