Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. This issue has been
fixed in newer versions of Ubuntu, and Jaunty is EOL, so I am closing
this bug task.

Bug description:
  While using UXA on jaunty bits from feb, I get a consistent xorg hang when opening this JPG file in firefox:

  (WARNING: if you're using UXA, save stuff before clicking this link)

  Affected machines are: one desktop with Gigabyte GA-EG45M-DS2H board
  (g45-chipset) and also one laptop with GMA X3100 (965 chipset) where I
  booted the live CD (unfortunately I was not able to retrieve the
  dmesg/xorg_log for the live CD because that machine also freezes all
  my ssh shells I got logged in on the live CD machine, not sure why).
