  Bash complition don't work in graphical terminal emulators

Bug description:
  bash complition dont work in graphical terminals like gnome-terminal and xterm. In consoles which i switching by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1-6 all works fine.
  Tried under new user. System was updated from oneiric to precise.
