The installation fails at the step where it should "Select and install

Steps to recreate:

1. Download CD image
http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/204/builds/13298/downloads
2. verify md5 checksum
3. burn to CD RW, verify burn
4. go through installation process

Attached is syslog from the installation
