We are still looking for information per Steve's comments in comment
#12. Pinged brendand on irc:

While testing the PowerEdge R810 with hostname 'Prunes' with Oneiric
Alpha3, during the installation there is the following message:
The attempt to mount a file system with the type ext4 in /dev/sda1 at
/ failed
You may resume partitioning from the partitioning menu.

See the attached screenshot.
A similar issue was not seen with the Natty server image.
