Thanks for reporting this, it seems to be an bug in Quickly that's had a
fix landed, which also hit an edge case in bzr when trying to report the
error.

Bug description:
  I started quickly and wanted to create a new application. The code i
  typed in the terminal was "quickly create ubuntu-application hello-
  world". The terminal Traceback i got this
