Bug description:
  I started quickly and wanted to create a new application. The code i
  typed in the terminal was "quickly create ubuntu-application hello-
  world". The terminal Traceback i got this

  NameError: name 'env' is not defined
  FEHLER: Befehl create fehlgeschlagen
