Title:
Update information is outdated and tells me to select non-existing
"Check for updates"
Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
There is a red indicator with a ! on a triangle. I suppose this is the
update notifier. It tells me that my update information is outdated
and that I should click the icon and select "Check for updates".
First, if I'm seeing the message is because I clicked the icon, so it
doesn't make a lot of sense to click it again. And then, that option
is not anywhere.
See the attached screenshot.
