In the last phase of updating the system, the details box seems to be
ok.

  Text box too small in update dialog box

Bug description:
  When I try to update Ubuntu (not upgrade), after cliking 'Install
  updates', the 'Applying changes' dialog box comes up. In this dialog,
  the 'Details' text box is too small and cannot be resized. Please see
  the screenshot.
