  Incomplete

Bug description:
  It's very hard to resize windows in default Ubuntu installation.
  Area of the windows where cursor can be used for resize windows is very small (in compare with KDE and Windows, for example).

  At first I thought that it seemed to me, but other people also confirm
  this problem.
