Bug description:
  Please change memtest86+ dependency, from "Depends" to "Recommends".
  It makes it easier to remove the memtest86+ package (and the
  unnecessary grub lines). I expect that a lot of people will agree with
  me, since I saw a lot of threads on forums asking for memtest86+
  removal.

  The dependency change will allow to the user/admin to remove
  memtest86+ and also keep the package ubuntu-standard, which is an
  important package, in case the admin decides to upgrade to a newer
  version of ubuntu.
