Title:
Package unity is marked for removal but is in the removal blacklist
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Tried upgrading from 11.10 to 12.04 and got the message in the
summary.
I simply ran update-manager -d from the unity lense, on the first and
second time and it showed the same message.
I then ran sudo apt-get (update|upgrade|dist-
upgrade|autoremove|autoclean) and had very small updates that were
applied and a bunch of *i386 packages that were not needed.
The only ppa I have installed is: http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team
/sublime-text-2/ubuntu
