Bug description:
  當我嘗試新增一個repository時add-apt-repository＊總是＊給我這個error | add-apt-
  repository ALWAYS gives me this error when I tried to add a new
  repository

  不過我無法用apt-key命令來reproduce這個bug | However I can't reproduce this bug
