According to lp 3.2.0-18.28 is uploaded since 46 hours, though nothing
yet arrived in update-manager and apt-get update also doesn't display
the package.

Title:
Doesn't display uploaded updates
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
According to lp 3.2.0-9.16 image is uploaded since 45 hours, but they neither are displayed in terminal nor in update-manager, they're just blank.
Synaptic displays them as 'new available packages' but not as 'upgradeable' among lots of other packages.
This happened before also with libreoffice, after 3.5.0 was uploaded it took at least 10 hours until they were offered by update-manager or terminal.
What happens is that a user constantently refreshes the cache in order to view if those updates can be fetched or assumes apt is somehow broken.
