  User Accounts window cannot change user privileges

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  In prior releases of Ubuntu, it was possible to fine tune user
  privileges for specific features of the system.

  This functionality now appears to be gone from the GUI for User
  Accounts.

  Is this intentional or an oversight?
