Public bug reported:

Ubuntu release: Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS
plymouth version: 0.8.2-2ubuntu2.2

On bootup, I received the Hungarian equivalent of the following error /
prompt text:

"Errors were found while checking the disk drive for /
Press F to attempt to fix the errors, I to ignore, S to skip mounting or M for manual recovery"

Now the big problem was that the second line of the above text is
significantly longer in the Hungarian translation, so "Press F to" and
"recovery" were clipped off on the left and right side of the screen.
Which left me really clueless about which button I should press to
attempt fixing the error. In the end I successfully googled up the above
English equivalent of the message to get the answer, but this is
certainly not an example of good usability...

So either the loading screen should be able to render similar messages
with automatic line breaks or (less elegant solution) someone should put
linebreaks manually into all message texts. (I mean: into the original
English messages. because, I guess, translators won't start to put any
linebreaks when their translation doubles the character count of a
single line.)
