Are the PPAs specified correctly in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/? Do the
PPAs hold packages for Precise already?

Bug description:
  I have a lenovo tablet with 64-bit precise and all updates current. 
  I have installed two ppas: emac-snapshot-gtk and libreoffice.
  Emacs-snapshot-gtk installed when I did apt-get install, but neither program seems to update when the ppa gets new packages.
