I seriously doubt its a hardware problem, if this is the solution then
why is Windows (which also runs on this netbook) still running like
sunshine, never had any issues with it.

I know how to install Ubuntu and I can take the time to fix issues but
if this is your final answer I am gonna trow Ubuntu away all together.
