  EVERY TIME I TRY TO UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION MY UPDATE MANAGER
  SHUTS DOWN.  I AM CONTINUOUSLY STOPPED FROM UPDATING MY SYSTEM AND IT
  IS BECOMING A REAL PAIN IN THE ASS.  PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN AND I AM
  NEW AT COMPUTERS SO SAY IT SIMPLY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND.  THANKS
