As of 12.10, networking is now an upstart job, allowing its status to be
queried (not that its status would mean much though).

** Changed in: netbase (Ubuntu)
       Status: Triaged => Won't Fix

** Changed in: netbase (Ubuntu)
       Status: Won't Fix => Fix Released

** Changed in: netbase (Ubuntu)
       Status: Fix Released => Fix Committed

** Package changed: netbase (Ubuntu) => ifupdown (Ubuntu)
