Ubiquity don-t propose to install alongside

Bug description:
Hello
Sorry but cannot connect to crash database.
During the installation Ubiquity don-t proprose me to install alongside the already installed 12.10, it propose just to use the whoole disk.
The system is composed by two disks.
The first installation was done in the sda (160 GB) by default, the second attempt was without changing but it won-t see the already installed
