[Bug 1017478] [NEW] ubiquity-dm: why hard-coding path to wallpapers ?

Public bug reported:

I was looking how to change ubiquity-dm wallpaper to a custom one and
noticed that paths where specifically hard-coded directly in /usr/bin
/ubiquity-dm ?

What about adding a configuration file for this, or another search order
(I don't know, this has to be discussed ?).

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
