[Bug 1017398] [NEW] Quantal Server and alternate automated installation failed with error "Failed to retrieve InRelease"

Public bug reported:

Quantal Server and alternate i386 and amd64

Both products failed to install automatically since build 20120623.
This a a warning and installation continues if the user accepts the prompt but it breaks automated installations.
