[Bug 1016931] [NEW] Update Manager Throws Error About Torproject

Could not initialize the package information

An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package
information.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include
the following error message:

'E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with
MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/deb.torproject.org_torproject
.org_dists_experimental-lucid_main_binary-i386_Packages, E:The package
lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.'

Recently changed update server from Canada to Taiwan that might be the
issue.


Description:	Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Release:	12.04

When running "apt-cache policy pkgname" I get:

E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/deb.torproject.org_torproject.org_dists_experimental-lucid_main_binary-i386_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.

Package manager should open up and update normally.
