I am bumping the criticality of this issue, because it is making fail
smoke testing, which should be looked at on daily basis.

Bug description:
  Ubuntu quantal-desktop-amd64_default 20120619 test failed in Jenkins,
  the boot should finish within 2 minutes, but the actual result is: it
  took almost 3 minutes to boot, so the test failed.
