  This morning I decided to upgrade precise -> quantal.
  I replaced 'precise' -> 'quantal' in /etc/apt/sources.list, apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade.

  the upgrade failed.  Attempts to 'apt-get -f install' look like:
