  /usr/share/doc/bzr/html/en/user-guide/index-plain.html, "Learning
  more" section, contains a link to "Bazaar Quick Start Card" that
  points to a non-existent file:
  file:///usr/share/doc/bzr/html/en/quick-reference/index.html

  In the absence of a suitable directory index file, pointing to
  file:///usr/share/doc/bzr/html/en/quick-reference/ would be more
  appropriate than the current state of things.
