[Bug 1014648] [NEW] Please apply patch 4.2.25 to ubuntu package for Precise

Public bug reported:

Arrays declared global in function and initialised in same line are not
visible outside of function.

This is solved in patch 25 for Bash 4.2 but it's not available in Ubuntu
Precise yet.
