This patch should be the bulk of porting firefox' package hook, and
should also apply (at least in spirit) to thunderbird's :
http://paste.ubuntu.com/1040952/ . All these changes are backwards
compatible with Python 2 as well.

I'm not quite sure how your ExtensionINIParserIter parser works,
"python3 source_firefox.py" now fails there.
