Thanks for you reply. I added a package to the bug and I hope it can be
helpful. I also have to add that I don't have a problem with my other
normal usb flash memories and they all work fine. The problem is only
with the external hard drives.

  Remounting external Hard drive

Status in “udev” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have an external hard drive (WD- my passport essential) that I have a same problem with three different computers already running Ubuntu 12.04 (and I had the same problem with previous versions 11.04 , 11.10). 
  Each time when I click on "Safely remove" button, after a few second, my hard disk re-mount again and even after several times repeating this process, still the external hard drive remounting automatically. 
  I couldn't find any special solution in the Ubuntu forums and other websites and it seems it is a bug. here is the result of this command: lspci | grep USB
