Title:
Maverick Beta update-manager repositories default selects third
  parties

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

Maverick both CD daily build and install on 20100920 and 20100923
default repositories select Independent and Independent source code
for third parties which cause "partial update" and key mismatch
because the third party software is not checked by Ubuntu development.

Repositories should NOT include third party by default because of the
very real possibility of unsupported and undesired software. Causes
partial update by update-manager and hangs on apt-get.
