[Bug 1010179] [NEW] orca reads "replace windows with Ubuntu" when windows was not installed

1. install Ubuntu
2. install Ubuntu again, pressing ctrl+s at the drums to start orca
3. observe orca talking about windows when it gets to the partitioning question.
