Please tell us what kind of bugs you are talking about. And specifically
what program is it in? Is the error associated with upgarading to 12.04?
Please clarify.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I am currently using Ubuntu version 11.10 Oneric Ocelot. I am unable
  to upgrade to 12.04 Precise Pangolin as it shows that some bugs are
  present in the current version.
