Judging from the bzr changelogs, this was fixed in commit 84, which
corresponds to version software-properties (0.82).  Please upgrade and
try the newer version.

Bug description:
  When I run "apt-add-repository --remove" it prompts, that it's adding
  given repository - which is obviously not the expected behaviour -
  after the process has ended, the repository is gone - as expected.
