Selecting previously unselected package resolvconf.
dpkg: regarding .../resolvconf_1.63ubuntu14_all.deb containing resolvconf, pre-dependency problem:
 resolvconf pre-depends on initscripts (>= 2.88dsf-13.10)
  initscripts latest configured version is 2.87dsf-4ubuntu17.5.
