Thanks Dylan. I've updated the specification to cover sizes.

"The Updates Available window should be manually resizable only when it
is in this expanded state. It should remember its previous expanded
size, but by default should be the same width as when not expanded, and
tall enough to show six items in the list, with a minimum height of
three items."

Keep in mind that as the list becomes multi-column, each row will become
about half its current height.

  1. Launch Software Updater.
  2. Wait for the updates check to complete.
  3. Click to expand "Details of updates".

  What you see: By default, the list is tall enough to show about 0.5
  updates.

  What you should see: By default, the list is tall enough to show about
  10 updates.
