  aptitude does not connect to internet but pkcon does

Status in “aptitude” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or
  System -> About Ubuntu.

  Using Kubuntu 10.04 RC

  2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy
  packagename' or by checking in Synaptic.

  $ apt-cache policy packagekit
  packagekit:
    Installé : 0.5.7-0ubuntu2
    Candidat : 0.5.7-0ubuntu2
   Table de version :
   *** 0.5.7-0ubuntu2 0
          500 http://ftp.u-picardie.fr/mirror/ubuntu/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

  $ apt-cache policy aptitude
  aptitude:
    Installé : 0.4.11.11-1ubuntu10
    Candidat : 0.4.11.11-1ubuntu10

  3) What you expected to happen
  Use normally the commands for aptitude like aptitude update, aptitude install, etc and have the posibility of use also pkcon update, pkcon install, etc.
   
  4) What happened instead
  Only pkcon can connect to internet and fetch the packages. 
  Aptitude instead doesn't can to connect and appears messages like this

  $ sudo aptitude update
  Écriture de l'information d'état étendu... Fait
  Err http://packages.medibuntu.org lucid Release.gpg
    Connexion à packages.medibuntu.org: 80 (88.191.101.8) impossible. - connect (111: Connexion refusée)

  If it's necessary any other information please tell me what i have to do. I am not a expert in console.
