I finally found the cause of the problem : BIOS SETUP!
There is an obscure item "Action Keys set-up" which is "activated" by default : Functions keys overides normal F1-F12 keys behaviour.

Setting it to "desactivate" restore normal behaviour

Bug description:
  Pressing Fn key+F12 does not activate/desactivate WiFi, BUT F12 key
  (without Fn does it)

  Also :  Fn+F11/F10/F9 don't change audio volume setting, BUT
  F11/F12/F9 do change corectly the audio settings

  F2-F3-F4 (video brightness / external screen ) does not work at all
  (with or without Fn key pressed)
